Karl King Transport has its own ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Shed) authorised and monitored by HM Customs. This allows customers to remove their consignments from consolidated containers without awaiting HM Customs clearance of other parts of that container.

ERTS customers enjoy a discounted and faster delivery o ftheir consignments due to the ease of collecting from our own facility.

We also operator a HM Customs Bond allow Karl King Transport to retain the goods in the UK until the customer is ready to pay his VAT and Duty prior to delivery. This improves the customers cash flow and allows for stage deliveries from charges free stock with the piece of mind which comes from knowing their goods are secure in a customs approved warehouse.
